Speakers Institute Media Release Form – Bootcamp
I hereby grant permission for my image, likeness, and voice as captured in photographic, audio, or video recordings during the Speakers Institute Bootcamp to be used for the purpose of creating and sharing photos and videos with all Bootcamp participants. These materials are intended to be released internally to attendees as part of the post-event experience.
I understand and agree to the following:
- My image and voice may appear in photos and videos shared with Bootcamp participants.
- These materials will not be used publicly or outside this setting unless I am specifically contacted and give my consent for such use.
- I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished materials for internal sharing and waive any right to royalties or compensation for their use.
I understand that if, in the future, the Speakers Institute wishes to use my image or recordings for purposes beyond the Bootcamp environment, such as promotional content or public release, they will seek my explicit approval beforehand.
This release covers all photographic, audio, or video recordings made during the Bootcamp and any future Speakers Institute Bootcamps I attend, unless I notify the Speakers Institute Team that I wish to revoke or update this permission.
By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this release and agree to be bound by its terms.
